CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations severely affect us so we must adhere to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation received 30 days or more prior to the confirmed arrival date: deposit will be returned minus a $150 cancellation fee. A date change for later use does not incur a penalty.

Cancellations within 30 days: payment will be refunded if we are successful in re-renting the accommodations reserved, minus a $150.00 cancellation fee. You are welcome to send a friend in your place without penalty.
