  • What is your cancellation policy?


Cancellations severely affect us so we must adhere to our cancellation policy. Cancellation received 7 days or more prior to the confirmed arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a $150.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 7 days of confirmed arrival date,  your deposit will be held for future use within 365 days of original arrival date; otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.

  • What is the Resort Fee?


Our daily $100 resort fee provides the following services & amenities for our guests:

  • Can I prepare my own meals and cook in the cabins?   
While some of our cabins do have full kitchens, they are not functional for use. If you do have any food allergies or dietary requirements, please let our staff know so we can assist.
  • Can I bring my own beer, wine & spirits?
We do allow you to bring your own beverages to enjoy in your accommodations. For a special bottle of wine that you would like to enjoy with dinner, there is a $25.00 per bottle corkage fee.
  • Can I smoke on property?
In accordance with Pennsylvania State Laws, we are a non-smoking property.  Smoking is not permitted inside any of the buildings or accommodations. You are welcome to smoke outdoors in the privacy of your terrace.
  • What is your tipping policy?
Exceptional service is part of your Glendorn experience. Because you are our guest, it is our goal to make sure you receive the finest service possible. Our "no tipping" policy ensures that the professional and gracious service you receive here is truly sincere.
  • Are pets allowed and is there a fee?
Glendorn welcomes your four legged, furry friends in designated cabins: The Overlook, The Hideout, Miller Cabin, The Hutch, and Jill's Cabin. Pets are not permitted in the Big House. We request that all pets be confined or removed from the accommodation when your cabin is being serviced by our staff.  Our daily pet fee is $75.00 for the first pet and an additional $25.00 for the second pet.

Glendorn is home to numerous wild animals and it is advised that pets be on a leash when outside for their safety.   View Additional Information

  • What time is check-in and check-out?
Arrival  time is at 3:00p.m. and departure time is at 11:00a.m.  Later departures may be extended based on availability.  Please contact Guest Services the evening before.
  • How far in advance do we have to schedule guided activities?
It is strongly encouraged to make reservations for scheduled activities as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.
  • Are children allowed in the Dining Room?

Due to our intimate dining experience, our main Dining Room is not recommended for small children under the age of 8.  Families accompanied with small children are welcome to dine in the adjacent Sun Porch.
