CONTINENTAL DRIVEN PHEASANT

Once reserved for royalty shooting driven birds on large estates in Scotland and England has transformed into an American Sport often referred to as Continental or Tower pheasants.

Perfect for a group of shooters ready to test their best gun swing at fast, high flying rooster pheasants driven off of Glendorns wing shooting preserve. 

You and your friends will take stand in one of six bunkers below a ridge of briars and thickets where the pheasants will fly from.

After taking many shots at the birds the drivers will break while you rotate stands and the guides with their retrieving dogs retrieve your first drive of pheasants.

Once you and your friends or partners have rotated through all of the stands we continue our day afield with a gourmet lunch served in the field.

After lunch commences we return to the Glendorn skeet range to gather more ammunition, collect our Sporting clays gear and continue the afternoon with a round of sporting clays or you can choose to stay at the lodge and participate in many of our on-site activities, enjoy the spa or settle in for an afternoon ciesta fireside.

Once the day is complete there is no better way to end it with your favorite cordial and a Pheasant Tasting dinner prepared by Glendorns world class culinary team from your mornings fare.
