What is your cancellation policy?
At The Lodge at Glendorn we do our best to accommodate changes in travel plans, but because of our size we must maintain a strict cancellation policy. If cancellations are made at least 30 days prior to arrival we guarantee a full refund of the deposit less a $100 processing fee. Based on availability we would be more than happy to move your full deposit to new dates from six months of your original arrival date if the cancellation takes place 29 to 10 days prior to reservation. If the cancellation is made after 10 days prior to your stay, half of your original deposit will be retained and the remainder of the deposit will be allocated to your new reservation dates within six months following the original arrival date.
