“Al Fresco ” Fridays :  “Dinner Under the Stars”

Formal dinner takes a fresh outdoor spin with a relaxed dinner “al fresco,” on the front terrace at the “Big House.”

On Friday evenings in the summer, Executive Chef Kate Steffan and her team bring their culinary talent to the terrace to create a tasty experience of grilled fare, using the bounty of summer’s best ingredients, including many from Glendorn’s own garden.

This is BBQ done the Glendorn way – from garden, to grill, to table!
