Our award-winning culinary team, led by Executive Chef Katelyn Bergevin, is proud to offer you an enticing menu infused with classic French techniques, regional favorites and fresh local ingredients. Glendorn’s state-of-the-art kitchen is the center of an extraordinary team of culinary experts who are passionate about creating memorable meals for their guests. During summer months experience what Chef is cooking fresh daily as she spends her mornings in our garden, cultivating the best of farm to table cuisine in the area.
Our resort will be implementing a temporary closure of our facilities every Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Continental style breakfast will be offered on Wednesday through Sunday mornings in our dining room. Delivery to your cabins is available upon request. Our dining room will be serving a-la-carte lunches as well as a set 4-course prix-fixe menu for dinner Wednesday through Saturday evenings. We remain committed to ensuring that each of our guests enjoy a world class dining experience.
