Farm to Table, Fresh from the Garden

Glendorn’s newest culinary program is all about giving back – both to the environment and to our guests! Our culinary garden, located on the Glendorn resort, gives new meaning to the farm-to-table trend. Our chefs tend to a wide variety of flowers, herbs and more than 60 varieties of vegetables, harvesting only the freshest organic fare for use on our various dining programs.
