Start your day right. Fresh baked muffins, homemade granola, or buttermilk pancakes topped with Pennsylvania maple syrup are staples of our rotating menu, along with breakfast sausages made in house from Heritage breed pork, local cage free farm eggs, and fresh squeezed orange juice. Our complimentary made-to-order breakfast is included with your stay and served daily between 8:00am and 9:30am in our Main Lodge Sunporch or available for room service.
For the midday meal, select from light fare or a picnic lunch. We are happy to provide picnic or backpack lunch at your request, and a new menu is created each day to showcase the season’s freshest offerings. Lunch is served in the Main Lodge Sunporch at 12:30pm. Priced a la carte.
Our award-winning culinary team, lead by Executive Chef Katelyn Bergevin, is proud to offer you an enticing menu infused with classic French techniques, regional favorites and fresh local ingredients. For dinner, select from a four-course prix-fixe meal paired to perfection with our outstanding wines. Arrive early to enjoy cocktails on our terrace overlooking the magnificent grounds or in the Billiard Room.
Four-course prix-fixe priced at $105.00 per person plus tax and service fees.
If a lighter fare is your inclination, our a la carte Menu is also available during dinner hours. Chef Kate Bergevin offers a delectable array of single course options created with a French flare and locally sourced ingredients.
