Tucked all the way up in northern Pennsylvania, an hour-and-a-half drive south from the Buffalo airport, there’s a place that feels really far removed and so completely magical that it’s absolutely worth the trip. It’s a wonderfully managed (by husband-and-wife team Stephanie and Joe Schafer, who just happens to be the executive chef there) and incredibly manicured (think rugged but in high-style) environment.
