Overnight guests staying at Glendorn can ski seven days a week at Holimont Ski Area in Ellicottville New York. Holimont is North America's largest private ski area devoted to family skiing. Daily ski passes and transportation from Glendorn lodge is provided with advanced notice upon making your reservations. Allegheny Snowmobile Tour
Come to Glendorn to see the North Western Pennsylvania mountains and it's vast forest. Explore the woods of Glendorn or the bordering Allegheny National Forest by snowmobile. The lodge has expanded it's winter activities with 6 Polaris, 4 stroke Turbo, 2 passanger touring sleds fully loaded with heated grips for the driver and passenger, complimentary bibs, jackets, gloves and helmets are provided for your comfort while touring. Guided daily snowmobile tours leave out each morning and afternoon for on-site tours or you can choose to do one of the many day tours available. Snowmobliling is complimentary during your stay of two nights or more.
Coming Soon: Curling on Skipper Lake
Coming soon to Skipper Lake at Glendorn. Recreational curling which is sometimes reffered to as Chess on Ice. We like to think of it here as shuffle board on ice. We will soon have our Curling Rocks, Brooms and Hacks for your enjoyment on Skipper Lake. The goal is to have everything available for our guests by January 22nd and there is no better place than Skipper Lake with Bonfire, Inside Warming hut with a wood buring firplace and of course complimented by our house Hot Chocolate. Fun for everyone.
